A native of Greater Boston, Tom began his municipal market career in 23 years ago at Merrill Lynch, where he was Senior Vice President in the Institutional Advisory Division. He has extensive experience working with insurance companies, mutual funds, bank trust departments and broker-dealers, as well as managing individual tax-exempt and taxable fixed income portfolios for high net worth individuals and families.
Tom holds a B.A. in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and an M.B.A. in Finance/Marketing from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts and the Chicago Society of Financial Analysts. Tom is active in community service and charitable organizations, as well as school and religious programs.
Tom is a father of five children and resides with his family in Glencoe, Illinois.
